Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier’s schedule. I currently ship within the United States using UPS and USPS.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.

Inner Light Creative is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside of my control. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as I cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so I can help arrange a replacement.
